  Return & Cancellation Policy

Because every item in our shop is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, our policy works a little differently than a typical retail store. Please read below before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within  2–6 hours of purchase, before production begins.Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded —including changes to size, color, design, or shipping address.

To request a cancellation, email kyac@knotyouraveragecrew.shop with your order number as soon as possible. We’ll confirm whether production has started.

Returns & Exchanges

Since each item is custom-printed just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for: Buyer’s remorse (wrong size ordered, changed your mind, etc.).                       Color appearing slightly different on screen vs. in person

Minor variations in placement/print due to the nature of print-on-demand production

We DO offer a free replacement or refund if:

The item arrives damaged or defective

You received the wrong item or wrong size (our error, not yours)

The print/design is noticeably flawed (misprint, off-center beyond reasonable

tolerance, wrong colors)

To claim any of the above, email kyac@knotyouraveragecrew.shop within 14 days of delivery with

1. Your order number

2. A photo of the item showing the issue

3. A photo of the shipping label (for wrong item claims)

We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund — your choice, once approved.

Sizing

Please check our size chart on each product page before ordering — we’re unable to offer exchanges for sizing ordered incorrectly.

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up / sizing down / your general

guidance. Please view sizing details listed for each garment

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 14 days — we’ll help track it down or file a claim with the carrier.

Orders lost in transit (confirmed by carrier) will be reshipped or refunded at no cost.

Processing & Shipping Times

Production time:  2–5 business days

Shipping time: 3–7 business days, varies by destination

You’ll receive tracking info by email once your order ships.
